beintegrated with the technical modules to help students excel in the workplace. Theinstruction and practice of the soft skills was designed as several discrete modulescontributing to three distinct themes. Each module contained explanations, examples,exercises and instructions for teachers to use the module. The activities and learningopportunities were tied directly with the technical content to make them repeatable indifferent classes and to help reinforce the skills.
