As aresult, integrating academic fields with “service-learning” that emphasizes, “‘technical’ and ‘scientific’ skills such asEngineering…[is] rare”33. Another difference in the definition of service learning provided through an evaluation of Jacoby (1996), who defines servicelearning as a “form of experiential education in which students engage in activities that address human and community needs togetherwith structured opportunities intentionally designed to promote student learning and
