The instructional coach led the 80 minute weeklysynchronous CoP for each module. The instructional coach also visited the GTAs in theirteaching environments where possible and used this experience to contextualize the weeklyCoP module meetings. The results from engineering research are well-defined and replicable, and proposed models can be validated.
