Demonstrate creating waves with a waveform orfunction generator and observing them with an oscilloscope. Connect the wave properties withvisualization of the waves. Let the students explore sending and viewing waves and takingmeasurements of waves. Have the students build a circuit with an LED and resistor (220 ohm) powered by thefunction generator and figure out the amplitude and frequency that can make the light appearflickering. Have them drive the frequency higher until the light appears continuous. See if theycan determine our visual frame rate limit. Give each student a
