Gender-balanced teams with high conflict among teammembers could not generate an idea and create innovative final projects. For having moreinnovative solutions in design projects, Fila and Purzer [24] suggested that instructors avoidforming teams only on the basis of gender and that they facilitate teams during teamwork.Ertas et al.
