Solutions CurriculumAs the world’s less developed nations join the development race, demand will be high forengineers trained in a range of development projects. Engineers will be needed to install waterdelivery and sanitation systems, roads, bridges, dams, utility infrastructure and much more. Thescale of such projects will range from serving rural communities of a few hundred people torapidly-growing urban centers of several million people. The success of these projects willdepend not only on the soundness of the structures built, but on the soundness of the engineer’srelationship with the community and his understanding of its culture, governance, and inherentsystems. joined the ABET headquarters staff as Educational Research and Assessment Manager in the Professional Services Department. In this role,Williams manages ABET’s educational offerings on a global scale and leads technical education research projects. Prior to joining ABET,Williams held two positions at Baton Rouge Community College: Science Laboratory Manager and Adjunct Faculty in the Mathematics Department. In addition, Williams works closely with the National Science Foundation’s Next Generation Composites Crest Center at Southern University. to particle therapy and performance analysis of current biological treatment planning approach. After my internship I did an independent study on control of radiation damage to proteins. I was awarded by Sheikh Hamdan bin rashid al maktoum for my educational excellence- distinguished university student award. I tutored science and basic engineering courses at my university and I was a teaching assistant for physics.
