. For example, in one course Inormally have 10 teams of 5-7. In the past it would be normal to have 4 dysfunctional teams persemester. Now, the rate is typically one. The process is much more enjoyable for me and the stu-dents.Another welcome outcome is that the students who are normally having problems in groups findthemselves in teams where they can thrive.
