This method would not only allow rich data to be collected from a number of different perspectives but this method would also not loose the context in which it is situated. This was because the participants were interviewed about their experiences, in context, with sustainable design rather than what they thought it was in an abstract way. 4. Therefore a new significant step in education of real-time software engineers is proposed in this paper: introducing in the classroom environmentsuch projects that would reflect current situation in professional software development. With a mentor, the new engineering educator will notonly develop more quickly, but perhaps even more successfully than without a mentor. With thisin mind, some institutions have established a formal mentoring program and/or process, whereinmentors are trained and a mentor assignment process is established. (Jackson et al. performed astudy of 24 institutions with such programs,4 but discussion of their results is beyond the scopeof this paper.)
