activities across multiple aspects of ERCs. The two main aspects are 1) ERCeducation programs and 2) diversity and culture of inclusion. The first update is to replace theoutdated measure examples and add MERCII evaluation tools into the manual once extensivevalidity and reliability evidence has been collected. Other planned updates include addingdifferent vetted and reputable evaluation tools from various sources, i.e., TEEC approved tools.ERCs have a different emphasis on specific evaluation categories and research interest throughevaluation. Examples of such categories include identity, entrepreneurial mindset, or sense ofbelonging.
