Aresource as specific as an engineering math resource center was not found in any otheruniversity, although other resources, including broad curriculum changes (such as thoseimplemented at Wright State University [2]), university-wide math tutoring centers, and summerprograms were explored. Therefore, rather than following a previously implemented model for amath resource center, the creation of the EMRC at USU focused on underlying conceptuallearning principles.
