business having failed toheed disruptive advances in computer technology, state funding for the higher educationinfrastructure in Massachusetts has continually been reduced [7] (this has become a country wideproblem for public higher ed for over three decades [8]), and our technical program graduateshave had to seek jobs from employers who might hire one or two people every several years dueto the nature of the area’s present industrial base. During the new millennia the overall growth ofthe community college system in Massachusetts was still in a growth mode which peaked duringthe early 2010s. The warning signs of a pending reduction in student count have been in aprediction mode (“the enrollment cliff”) for many years primarily due to declining
the electrical and computer engineering programs.• ECE 2010 (Digital System Design Lab) - this course introduces the basic concepts in designing and prototyping of digital logic circuits.
