Her work has led to over 25 articles in journals, conference proceedings and bookchapters within the last three years.Dr. Stephanie Farrell is an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering. She has been involvedwith several pre-engineering programs for high school students and college freshmen. Through these programs, shehas focused on informing students about engineering careers and stimulating their enthusiasm for engineeringeducation. Outside the classroom she has worked extensively to encourage the participation of underrepresentedgroups in engineering by participating in programs such as The Alliance for Minority Participation, UniversityResearch Experiences for Undergraduates and Exploring Career Options
