Course content and deliverymethods should be structured to meet the demands and challenges of such a dynamic,interdisciplinary and complex applied science field. Laboratory work is a critical component ofthe engineering education, and a core component of technical programs. Unfortunately, in therenewable energy case, the equipment is expensive, in terms of acquisition and maintenance,requiring adequate space and utility access.
