Behavioral beliefs (e.g., perceived fit with a particularindustry), normative beliefs (e.g., the influence of family and peers), and control beliefs (e.g., jobmarket conditions) may impact students’ career decisions and job search strategies. Researcherscould examine such factors using the RAA framework.By applying the RAA to these pertinent topics, researchers can gain valuable insights into thecomplex interplay of beliefs, attitudes, and intentions that shape behaviors in engineeringeducation.
