Our intent is to explore student reflection and outcomes of service-learning throughqualitative methodology. We utilized narrative inquiry through large descriptive data sets(Denzin & Lincoln, 2018). Qualitative methods allowed us to review student narratives andunderstand reflective processes (Chase, 2018).
