The course provides an introduction to various aspects oftransportation engineering. He maintains offices in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Kansas City, Missouri. Mr. Nelson has 34 years of experience mostly associated with water and wastewater projects serving local and state government. He holds a B.S. degree in civil engineering from Kansas State University and a M.S. degree in environmental engineering from Oklahoma State University. He is licensed to practice in four states.
