Comfort with Ambiguity aimed to build community and a sense ofpsychological safety in the course through mindfulness and was conducted by our teachingassistant based on her own work [31].The Impact Gap Canvas Workshop [19] guides students through a structured exercise that helpsstudents to gather knowledge on the current understanding of the problem, solutions that havebeen tried, and to work through the current gaps.The Workshop on Interview Skills introduced best practice for conducting expert interviews aswell as ethical considerations.The 5Rs Workshop helps students to elucidate the Roles, Relationships, Rules, Resources andResults of their system and to create a summative map [19].
