worked as a team to develop a syllabus that could be adopted by other instructors.The syllabus includes recorded video lectures of some of the graduate mentoring topics. This would allowother faculty members to easily adapt them for their classes. In addition, we developed reflective promptsfor students to think about weekly and in-class activities to supplement the course development.Another important aspect of this course is the use of labor based grading. This method was developed byDr. Asao Inoue [32] as a way to make grading less colonial.
