to the survey. The majority of the student respondents were from PurdueUniversity Polytechnic Institute and the University of Toledo. Responses were also receivedfrom the University of Dayton, the University of Akron, and Kent State University. The majorityof the respondents (90.5%) were domestic students who attended high school in the UnitedStates or a US territory. The gender split of students responding to the survey was approximately80% male, 20% female. The ethnic and age breakdown of respondents are shown in the Figure 1below.
