These were issues the oldergirls were now considering in their career decisions. We realized the need to tailor our programto the audience, and develop something new for the younger girls.The Planning ProcessThe majority of the planning process took place during the summer months, with a total of threeface-to-face meetings held, and numerous email discussions

The first group consists of components we have deemed critical in meetingthe main instructional objectives, and are therefore required for module implementation.
