struggling to advance research programs with a only few graduate students,to collaborate in research activities in a mostly extracurricular and informal environment.Therefore, one of the main motivations for starting a VIP program in our school was to betterarticulate the extra curricular research work that some faculty were already undertaking withundergraduate students.
