Todd D. Myers Ph.D, M.B.A. is a researcher in Center for Automatic Identification and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial Technology at Ohio University. Dr. Myers has ten years of manufacturing experience in the supply side of the automotive industry. His responsibilities have included multi-plant materials management, ERP implementation, project management, and engineering management. His funded research has included RFID OEM capability studies, Barcode robustness studies, and Manufacturing Operations Studies. Dr. Myers is a certified GlobeRanger trainer and three-time recipient of the Marvin E. and Ann D. White Russ College Departmental Research Award.
Dr. Klein held various technical management positions with major U.S. corporations during the 13- year period prior to his joining the Ohio University faculty in 1990. His responsibilities included manufacturing and production management, manufacturing engineering management, and business management. Klein is currently Chair of the department and teaches courses in industrial plastics and production operations. He is active in several professional organizations and regularly makes presentations at national conferences. His research has primarily been in the area of plastics composites. He has been recognized for excellence in both teaching and research and is currently a Kraft Family Scholar.
