Dr. Russell Walters is an assistant professor at Iowa State University. Dr. Walters received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida in 1993. He worked seven years in the electrical construction industry before joining Iowa State University in 2000. He teaches and does research in the area of construction engineering.
