AB  - Current ET classrooms have a unique mix of students : The traditional ones who are beginning to explore ET major to puruse their career dreams and the non-traditional students who are currently employed and want to enhance their knowledge and skills by adopt " Learn while I earn" approach. This paper highlights the mutual benefits as it relates to classroom learning.
Standardization is all around us - traffic lights, weights and measures to name a couple. However, time standards offer challenges in many ways. These are standards Industrial/Manufacturing engineers have to establish all the time for workers/operators. Given the many factors that needs to be considered, this papers explores a holistic way of teaching students to appreciate, experience and develop skills to embrace time standard studies.
