students arepresented with basic information and asked to review case studies for ethical identification.Although this approach is effective when there are multiple, well-developed, and detailed cases,it does not actively simulate the decision-making process. This paper presents a case studydiscussion that focuses on the decision-making process in a competitive business environment.The case includes a company's disclosure of propriety information to its competitors in abusiness meeting hosted by the potential client. After summarizing the case details and ethicalidentification, the paper focuses on the event's decision-making process. This example has beentested in the classroom at several levels and with industry practitioners at different venues
