programdrawing content from mechanical and computer engineering disciplines. In 2019 and 2020, 254and 220 students respectively, were divided approximately evenly between 2 “streams” (thosethat have a first work term after 4 months, and those having a first work term after 8 months).Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all instruction for fall 2020 was done remotely with the majorityof students living at home (approximately 1/3 of students lived on campus in fall 2020).This paper focusses on two courses taught during the 1A term to mechatronics students that havelarge design components. MTE100 carries the academic weight of 1.5 courses in the term andhas 9 contact hours per week (3 hours of lecture, a 3 hour engineering graphics lab, and a 3 hourstudio session

revising film series. Using results of customer interviews, surveys ofstudents who have viewed films, and film analytics, we have created four prototypes of the film series since Summerof 2019. After creating a minimum viable prototype of the film series, we tested the series invarious technical courses during the Fall 2019 semester. In these tests, students viewed the filmseries before a class period, responded to oral questions about the content of the film seriesduring the class, and then completed a short survey about the film series at the end of class. Each year, STEM Scholar Awards are made to several faculty whohave successfully applied EBT to their courses.We described many of these thrusts at the 2019 ASEE conference. In this paper, we will focusmore on describing the thrusts that have been implemented, or have evolved, since then. Also, asthis grant is in its no-cost extension year, we will present results and lessons learned.Specifically, we will address the number of faculty, graduate assistants and undergraduatestudents directly impacted by each thrust and will quantify, to the extent possible, the effect ofthat impact.
