results ofthe quantitative analysis were varied; the Engineering Ethical Reasoning Instrument (EERI)findings support the theoretical framework showing a significant increase in graduate studentempathic perspective-taking and ethical reasoning, the Defining Issues Test 2 (DIT2) findingsdid not indicate change, and the Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI) measure indicatedperspective-taking tendencies were enhanced [19].
