for college students preparingfor employment. The FMAC aims to ensure that FM college students acquire the necessary skills,competencies, and knowledge while joining the industry. However, a gap was identified by Calland Sullivan [15] between the industry's expectations of entry-level facility managercompetencies. The contemporary student learning outcomes at FM academic programs did notmeet the presumption of hiring organizations. The authors determined that FM academics inclinetowards teaching students general FM principles, with the expectation that industry-specificknowledge will be acquired in the workforce after graduation.
