Proposals will be reviewed in March 2009. • NCSLI continues to pursue financial support for another outreach tool that would be available to teachers and students. It is a “Virtual Physical Laboratory” and was developed by a scientist in the United Kingdom for use while teaching measurements in India where they had very few laboratories for hands-on experiments.
