To gain a broaderunderstanding of the impact of ChatGPT on engineering education, we hope to collaborate withother institutions to gain a more complete picture of the academic community's attitudes toward GAIin various educational settings.The proposed conceptual framework for integrating AI into engineering education, as described inthis study, needs to be applied and tested in real educational settings. Application of the conceptualframework in course design and pedagogy, and subsequent evaluation of its effectiveness, canprovide valuable information on how best to integrate AI into engineering curricula.Given the rapid integration of GAI in education, research is needed to inform policy
