Email invitations were sent toapproximately 350 alumni and associates of the Institution. A total of 38 valid responses werereceived resulting in an overall response rate of 10.9%. When investigating the low responserate, the author uncovered several reasons that ran parallel to related literature regarding responserates for electronic surveys
