Physical and psychological experiences such as increased heartrate and rapid breathing before a presentation, or tiredness of muscles after exercise, can eitherbe interpreted as a positive performance-enhancer or as something to be avoided. This ability would enable the student tocommunicate ideas in subsequent design classes with peers on teams as well as contribute insome work settings.
