42 54Evaluation Plan A psychology graduate student with expertise in quantitative analysis from the College ofEducation served as the program evaluator for this study under the guidance of Dr. ChuangWang, an education assessment expert and Professor in the College of Education at UNCCharlotte. The evaluation plan, which included both quantitative and qualitative assessmentinstrumentation, was developed to evaluate the educational impacts of flipping specific lectures.The skills, perceptions, and gains developed by student participants in a control group werecompared to the same data collected from the treatment group.
