Only qualitative feedback from program alumni was available for analysis. Since theproject has spanned two decades, it was difficult to find enough of the participants for ameaningful quantitative survey of the learning outcomes achieved. The student feedbackshowed all of the respondents continued on to get engineering or science degrees, and they allhad extremely positive comments about their Theremin project. These professionals have theproper education and context to review this project with hindsight and assess its impact on aformative time in their academic careers. The common theme from all of the
