Internal Combustion Engines. This course is taughtin the Mechanical Engineering Department at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM).UWM has dual missions of research and access. As a result, the student population inengineering at UWM tends to consist of a higher percentage of under-prepared students enteringthe program than most engineering schools, but at the same time offers many undergraduateresearch opportunities for highly-motivated students.
