The email contained thefollowing questions: 1) Do you have any comments about the pace or length of the webinar(s)?2) Did you have enough time to complete the exercise(s)? 3) Any suggestions for improvementor topics for future webinars?While the feedback received from webinar participants supplied their perspective on using webconferencing software, the authors also collected the perspective of instructors from otherinstitutions to form a complete picture.
