, alongside a significant proportion of assertive members who promoted teamcohesion and connection instead of personality conflicts. The team received an 87% rating forefficacy, with approximately 94% of team members attributing assertiveness-related qualities(confidence, decisiveness, and open communication) to the team’s success, as opposed topersonality conflicts and incompatibility.
