apply formedical and law school entrance exams due to their unsteady citizenship status, and otherstudents noted the changing nature of immigration policymaking that threatened undocumentedstudents with temporariness. In another study, a participant, Alysa, said “‘I heard about thewhole graduate school and Ph.Ds. and all that, and I’m like yeah, I want to be a doctor. But thenI’m like ‘wait, what if DACA gets taken away?’” [46] (p. 327).
