These areskills that are not taught in most engineering curriculums prior to the capstone course(s). Ourobservations are consistent with the observations by other researchers who have studied thedesign process. Wilson et. al 2 highlighted how students in the capstone course setting strugglewith setting milestones and soliciting feedback at the right times.
