The courses at URI are in English and the courses at TUB are in German. • Purdue University’s School of Mechanical Engineering is a participant of the Global Engineering Alliance for Research and Education (GEARE) 5. The core of this program is a junior-year spring/summer semester study-abroad in Germany, India, or China. The courses abroad are in English and transfer back to Purdue so there is no delay in graduation.
