The proposed emitter follower circuit will follow the conventional configuration, where aPMOS current mirror will be used for biasing at base of the bipolar transistor. This relativelysimple and functional circuit has two voltage sources V1 (DC) and V2 (sinusoidal AC), adecoupling capacitor C2 on the input side, a load resistor R1, a biasing resistor R2, an NPN BJTQ1, and two PMOS transistors M1 and M2 for the current mirror.
