This paper presents a case studydiscussion that focuses on the decision-making process in a competitive business environment.The case includes a company's disclosure of propriety information to its competitors in abusiness meeting hosted by the potential client. After summarizing the case details and ethicalidentification, the paper focuses on the event's decision-making process.
