Moreover, with the country at war, there is an increased need for improvement in defense technology and hence more funding is available for defense related projects, which are highly sensitive and require citizenship.Technical IssuesThere are number of technical issues that one should be aware of, when setting up anindustry academic collaboration in the area of software engineering. Majority oforganizations have been developing software for an extended period of time, and mostthese
