We do not have a pre-conceived approach, structure, or answer for theproject at the beginning of the course. Individual faculty and PM teams may structure details ofthe project design and execution in different ways. Yet, the course has endured and has beensuccessful in training both undergraduate and doctoral students to address the complex problemsthey will face in their careers.
