. Recently, researchers at CalPoly Pomona used surveys and focus groups to assess theutility of an online video tutorial library [6]. Specifically, they were curious about the impact ofan educational video library on populations that were underrepresented, under supported, andhad lower persistence rates than their peers. Change & Eskridge (2015) reported on a number ofsurveys, focus groups, interviews and observations to determine the space needs of engineeringstudents at North Carolina State University [1].
