Thestandard reflects the basic capability of all computer platforms (all CPUS as well as all operating systems). For example, the number of minoritieswho ~ truck drivers increased from 16.4 percent in 1980 to over 25 percent in 1990.In the fqture, the overall population growth rate will slow but its diversity will rise. It crosses the traditional boundaries between semesters, disciplines and years of education from juniorto graduate level.
