Classes offered abroad should be as many as possible to maximize the supply, but of course, each class has a cost and is bound by the availability of the instructor(s). An ideal compromise is 4-5 classes, to allow willing and fully eligible students to complete a full Spring semester of face-to-face learning abroad. At the same time, some of the interested students might not be attracted to all classes, so it is imperative to broaden the supply with available online courses.
