/6283-01: Microelectronics Process Design. This module focused on modern techniques forthe top-down fabrication of micro-/nano-electronic devices and integrated circuits. While theclass had historically focused on the top-down fabrication techniques used in themicroelectronics integrated circuit industry, the novel top-down (including self-assembly)techniques were added and covered in 1.5 lectures.
