through a rudimentary root cause analysis process thatdetermined the basic issue to be poor time management. Simple techniques were outlined suchas subdividing the weekly deliverables into daily tasks. By that stage, each team member hadexperienced the frustration of being the weekly editor so there was more motivation too.
