MEB course at another well-known university in 2014 when our institutionwas evaluating that course for potential transfer credit. We were initially skeptical of onlinecourses in general – concerned about how the integrity of the exam taking process could becontrolled, how rigorous the assessments could be in an online course, how students could reallylearn material like that online, etc. After speaking with the facilitating professor of the course,we concluded that if a student passed the course, they would be prepared for our curriculum andwe accepted the course for transfer credit.
